DAVID M. GREENBERG '90

2015 Class Treasurer of the Year
25 Years Out and Younger

David, congratulations! Thank you for your efforts this past year as treasurer of your class, and treasurer for your 25th reunion. Your willingness to go above and beyond certainly did not go unnoticed by your fellow classmates and the Alumni Relations team.

Your classmates are quick to praise your hard work. Class Co-president Cheryl Shepard was thrilled to hear about this award and wrote, "Our Class is at a time in our collective lives where family, career, and life are all at full steam ahead. That can create inevitable ebb and flow in time left for the class. But David was always there for the Class of '90, providing leadership wherever and whenever it was needed. He also possesses an indefatigable willingness to take on any task, big or small, to keep the Class of '90 moving forward together."

Reunion Chair Meg Sommerfeld added, "David is a committed volunteer who always makes time for our Class. This includes the big things like fine-tuning our complex reunion budget and stepping up to provide strong leadership in our important 25th reunion year. But he is also someone who always raises his hand to handle the small but important tasks that keep the class running efficiently, from taking notes on monthly reunion calls to providing eagle-eye proofreading services for class mailings."

David, you also provided quick and reliable help to the reunion planning team, offered key insights to make the event more inclusive and welcoming, and managed to do so while being your class treasurer--a job you'll keep for the next five years, more evidence of your commitment to Dartmouth and to the Class of 1990.

While on campus, you were an art history major, a member of the track, cross country, and crew teams, and a news editor and photographer for The Dartmouth. After graduating, you received your master's degree in art history from Rutgers University in 1992, and later your MBA from Baruch College in 2002. You're an avid runner, a member of the Harold C. Ripley '29 Society for the Dartmouth College Fund, and have been the treasurer of your class since 2009. After working in finance for more than a decade at Glenrock Asset Management and Ameriprise Financial, you founded Watchstone Wealth Management in 2014. Today you live in New York City with your wife, Sheryl, and your son, Samuel.

In appreciation for everything you have done for your class and for Dartmouth, it is an honor to present you with the award for the 2015 Class Treasurer of the Year.
