Members of the Dartmouth College Association of Alumni voted to pass an amendment to their constitution at a special meeting this morning in Hanover. The alumni voted 198-32 in favor of the proposal to allow future constitutional amendments to be approved by all-media voting and lower the threshold for new amendment approvals from three-quarters to two-thirds of all association members casting votes.

"The executive committee and I are very pleased with the outcome of today's vote," said Association of Alumni President Al Collins '53. "The results show that our work is in step with the will of the alumni body."
