Special Recognition for the Upper Valley Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship
Class of 1982 leadership and classmates are to be congratulated and recognized for the ongoing contribution of significant resources and energy to their class project - the Upper Valley Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship. This effort does good work for the Upper Valley that Dartmouth calls home and offers significant experiential learning opportunities through internships at area agencies for current Dartmouth students.
The annual generosity of 1982 classmates is providing $6,500 per year to a student for an 18-month fellowship. The student spends at least one term in full-time work with the supported Upper Valley agency. The UVSE Advisory Board - comprised of 1982s - and now Gail Gentes '77a - works in cooperation with the Tucker Foundation on this important project.
