Absent: Otho Kerr, Veree Brown, John Engelman, Ron Schram
1. Doug Keare moved that the minutes of the November 13, 2008, meeting be approved. Marian Baldauf seconded the motion. It was unanimously approved.
2. David Spalding provided an update on the election timeline. Discussion ensued.
3. Doug Keare moved that the meeting be adjourned. Ron Harris seconded the motion. It was unanimously approved.
