Subscribe to Alumni News via RSS Feed
There are a number of ways to access RSS feeds. You can install a news reader that displays RSS feeds from the Web sites you select, enabling you to view hundreds of headlines at once. After installing the news reader, you can add each feed manually from the Web site by clicking on the "Subscribe" or the "RSS" orange button next to the feed.
An alternative to downloading a dedicated news reader is to use a Web-based news reader. For example, My Yahoo! or My AOL users can add RSS feeds directly to their personal page.
For Older Browsers
Using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) and older does not have built-in support for RSS feeds. You will need to find and install an external feed reader, or upgrade to Internet Explorer 7, in order to use RSS feeds.
If you click on a feed icon or link in IE6 and see "code" then you are viewing the raw contents of the RSS file. You will need to install feed reader software before attempting to view and subscribe to feeds.
